Grupo Vermell organized an elegant, pleasant and, above all, well-attended party!
From 4:00 p.m. on September 15, 2022 and well into the night, more than 250 people approached La Marina de San Fulgencio to discover the the final result of the pilot houses: Mykonos and Santorini.
Attendees at the inauguration were able to enjoy a relaxing sunset enlivened with music by live violinwhile tasting a special agape, which featured cocktails customized, various ham cuttersassortment of canapés and delicious savory croissants.
The popular residential of Grupo Vermell, consists of 23 homes of two different typologies.
- Mykonos: A spectacular villa on two levels with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and a impressive living-kitchen-dining room that connects to the porch and private pool.
- Santorini: A villa all on one floor, comfortable and functionalThe house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a magnificent open kitchen that merges with the living room and the exterior presided over by the imposing private pool.
In both cases, the homes are equipped with the possibility of private basement and have been decorated in a carefully Mediterranean style with bohemian touches.
Given the success of this type of housing, Grupo Vermell is already working on a second phase.
