McDONALD’S, chose Benijófar for the opening of its third restaurant in Vega Baja in mid-2021 in one of the commercial spaces developed by GRUPO VERMELL.
Benimar Commercial Center by VERMELL was the space chosen by McDonald’s for the opening of a 300 m2 restaurant as part of its national expansion plan. The restaurant has a terrace, digital kiosks, table service, McCafé, McAuto and McDelivery.
Benimar Commercial Center by VERMELL is a restaurant and leisure center in which a welcoming multicultural atmosphere has been achieved and where you can enjoy not only the traditional hamburgers from this famous restaurant company, but also a surprising international cuisine: Italian, Belgian, Indian, Japanese or American, a brasserie and even a tropical lounge where you can enjoy incredible cocktails in the best atmosphere.
It also has a comfortable private parking lot and is located a few meters from the Cañada Marsá park, a beautiful park in the Vega Baja, with more than 110,000 m2 of surface, where you can walk with the family through sensory gardens, lake and vegetation areas with native species.
GRUPO VERMELL will continue to bet on this strategic town in 2023, and has a project to promote the construction of a second phase of the Benimar Commercial Center.
This new commercial project has the objective of completing the offer of the municipality, with more gastronomy, leisure and other high-quality commercial services.
