Grupo Vermell held an elegant, pleasant and, above all, very popular party!
From 4:00 p.m. on September 15, 2022 and until late at night, more than 250 people came to La Marina de San Fulgencio to discover firsthand the final result of the pilot homes: Mykonos and Santorini.
Those attending the inauguration were able to enjoy a relaxed evening enlivened by live violin music, while they tasted a special smals, which had personalized cocktails, various ham slicers, an assortment of canapés and delicious salty croissants.
The popular Grupo Vermell residence consists of 23 homes of two different types.
- Mykonos: A spectacular two-story villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and an impressive living room-kitchen-dining room that connects to the porch and private pool.
- Santorini: A villa all on one floor, comfortable and functional, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a magnificent open kitchen that merges with the living room and the exterior presided over by the impressive private pool.
In both cases, the houses have the possibility of a private basement and have been decorated in a careful Mediterranean style with bohemian touches.
Given the success of this type of housing, Grupo Vermell is already working on a second phase.
